Walgreens offers higher rate in Apple Card cash-back program

Walgreens said it has signed a deal with Apple Inc. and the tech company's new Apple credit card. Deerfield, Illinois-based Walgreens (Nasdaq: WBA) said that starting Friday, customers who use the new Apple Card to pay for purchases will receive 3 percent cash back on their purchases. Apple's standard cash-back deal is 2 percent.
