Labour rejects Blair's call for digital ID cards to cut migration
Sunday, 7 July 2024 The new Labour government has ruled out the introduction of digital ID cards after former prime minister Sir Tony Blair called for the measure to help control migration.
Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch says she feels “vindicated” as former prime minister Tony Blair predicts net zero plans are “doomed to fail”. Badenoch continues saying, “the plans we have for net zero by 2050 are impossible.”
