High court directs Centre to grant nod to expansion work of Bilasa Airport at Bilaspur

The Chhattisgarh High Court has ordered the Central government to grant permission for the expansion of Bilasa Devi Kevat Airport in Bilaspur. The court ruled that 270 acres of land should be transferred immediately, with the remaining land to be transferred after a cabinet meeting within four weeks. The court also ordered the construction of the boundary wall and approach road to be expedited. The next hearing on the matter will take place on December 7.
