Aircraft leasing in India picks up: Modair inducts fifth plane

IndiaTimes Wednesday, 3 January 2024
ModAir Aviation inducts fifth aircraft, a two-seater training plane Tecnam P-Mentor, for an upcoming flying school in Karnataka. They plan to induct their sixth aircraft by the end of this fiscal year, which will be leased to non-scheduled Indian airline operators. ModAir Aviation supports PM Modi's vision and focuses on flight training and leasing of aircraft. The Indian government aims to develop a robust aircraft leasing industry in the country, as the Indian aviation market is growing rapidly. ModAir Aviation is committed to supporting this vision through the IFSC infrastructure in GIFT City.
