How Delhi's Tihar is ensuring inmates remain out of coverage area

Prison authorities in Tihar jail are installing jammers to curb the use of mobile phones. The move comes in response to cases involving extortion rings and the killing of INLD chief Nafe Singh Rathee. Additional measures include surprise raids and three-layer checks for inmates.
