Four labourers suffocate to death while cleaning tank in Byculla

Families allege workers were not provided with safety equipment while cleaning tank, where poisonous gas is suspected to have accumulated. There was no water in the tank, which the police suspect poisonous gases may have accumulated in. βThe tank was 10 feet long and 13 feet wide,β the police officer said.
