Engineer dies after botched hair transplant in Kanpur; doctor booked

A 37-year-old assistant engineer, Vineet Kumar Dubey, died in Kanpur after a hair transplant surgery went wrong. Dubey's wife filed a police complaint, leading to an FIR against the doctor for negligent medical care. After the surgery on March 13, Dubey's condition deteriorated, and he was shifted to Regency Hospital, where he died on March 15
