Bike taxi ban in Karnataka: Rapido claims it 'paused' services; Ola, Uber still offering rides

Karnataka's ban on bike taxis is now in effect following a High Court order. Rapido has paused its bike taxi services, introducing 'Bike Parcel' instead. Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy warned of strict action against non-compliant aggregators. While Uber and Ola continued offering bike taxi services, the Transport Department maintains that using private vehicles for commercial purposes is illegal
