Bombay HC questions CBFC delay on Yogi Adityanath-inspired film certification

The Bombay High Court on Tuesday asked the CBFC to explain delays in certifying a film about Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath`s life. The court further stressed that the CBFC must issue certificates within legal timelines and cannot avoid this duty
