Former President Bill Clinton said he was not surprised at Donald Trump's cabinet selections in a recent MSNBC interview. He said Trump's priority is loyalty over qualifications. Among many other things, including Monica Lewinski, Clinton's new memoir 'Citizen: My life after the White House' addressed allegations of West Wing damage during his transition, as he denied involvement in the mischief.
