Dorian has been forecast to hit Puerto Rico as a Category 1 hurricane, but the island dodged the worst of the storm’s wrath.
On Wednesday, Trump criticized Puerto Rico in a series of tweets that called out the U.S. territory as for being unprepared for Hurricane Maria back in 2017 and described the island as one of the “most corrupt places on Earth.” Now that Trump is staying for the hurricane, he'll miss a World War II commemoration ceremony this weekend in Poland.
