High School Girls Soccer: Bishop Dwenger readying for second trip to state

The Bishop Dwenger girls soccer team is gearing up for its second straight trip to the Class 2A state finals this weekend.

Speaking of soccer....twice is nice for the bishop dwenger girls soccer team...for the second straight year the lady saints are headed to the class 2a state championship... this time hoping for a bit of different result...last year... the saints were shut out in their first state appearance since 2007 by evansville mater dei...dwenger returns every girl except for two from that state runner up team this season for a matchup with cathedral...dwenger is is 16-1, ranked second in 2a... while the irish are 10-6-3 and ranked 10th...these two teams have already met up once this season... with dwenger coming out on top 1-nothing back on september fifth... 3 so again... it'll be dwenger versus indy cathedral for the 2a girls state title...kickoff is set for 2 p-m at fishers high school on
