[Nile Post] A Ugandan citizen has petitioned the Minister of Internal Affairs, Gen Kahinda Otafiire to extradite Michael Katungi, indicted in the United States over an alleged Shs200 billion conspiracy to supply military-grade weapons to a notorious Mexican drug cartel.
