Maharashtra, Karnataka account for 51 pc of FDI in India in FY25: Govt
Sunday, 8 June 2025 () Maharashtra and Karnataka led India in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) during the financial year 2024-25, capturing 51% of the total inflows. Maharashtra secured the top spot with USD 19.6 billion, constituting 31% of the nation's FDI. Karnataka followed with USD 6.62 billion. Delhi, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu also emerged as key destinations for overseas investments.
