A 42-year-old man, Tony Latrell Williams, went on a stabbing spree at a homeless shelter in Salem, Oregon, injuring 12 people, including staff and guests. Five remain hospitalized in serious condition. Witnesses say the attack began in the lobby and spilled outside before police arrested Williams nearby. The motive remains unclear, though officials believe it was not a targeted attack. Williams faces multiple charges, including attempted Murder.
