Cher DENIED temporary conservatorship over son

Cher's request for a court conservatorship controlling her adult son's money, Elijah Blue Allman, was rejected. The judge declined the petition, stating that a conservatorship was not urgently needed. Cher's attorneys argued that Allman's apparent sobriety and mental health were illusory, while Allman's lawyer stated that he is doing great with a lot of support.
