Rahi Anil Barve to NOT direct Tumbbad sequel

The Hindi folk horror film 'Tumbbad' was re-released on September 13, earning Rs 18 crore in nine days. Director Rahi Anil Barve announced his withdrawal from the sequel, wishing success to actor-producer Sohum Shah and co-director Adesh Prasad. Barve plans to begin production on his next project, 'Pahadpangira', in March 2025.
