'British went, there traditions must go,' says Anurag Thakur as Sitharaman ditches briefcase for budget papers

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman arrived at the Parliament to present the Union Budget 2019. The finance minister arrived with Minister of State Anurag Thakur. Sitharaman will present the budget for the second term of Narendra Modi government.
