Daughter of the deceased said, "We received a call from AIIMS, and the staff member told us that by mistake they have given someone else's body to us. My mother's body was still in the hospital. The body which we received belonged to a Muslim family." The body of the Muslim woman was cremated following Hindu customs.

The Big Issue, which offers homeless and vulnerably housed people across the UK a means by which to earn a legitimate income, had to stop selling the magazine with immediate effect on March 20 due to the pandemic. As of today, 2,000 vendors will be back out selling the magazine across England, Scotland and Wales, for the first time in 15 weeks.

Amid COVID-19 outbreak, textile manufacturer has developed unique PPE kits for paramedical staffs in Coimbatore. These PPE kits are chlorine-enriched and are reusable. The textile manufacturer said, "It is a very innovative product and has developed entirely in-house. We have developed the product which has the ability to recharge chlorine into the fabric for nearly 80 washes. Disinfecting properties of chlorine is built into the fabric." This is a great initiative as coronavirus cases are growing in the country and also the need of PPE kits for doctors and nurses.
