Desire normal ties with Pakistan, all issues should be resolved bilaterally: India
Friday, 5 March 2021 Following a hotline discussion between the Directors General of Military Operations (DGMOs) of India and Pakistan last month, the two sides agreed to strict observance of all agreements, understandings and ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) and all other sectors.
Kangra SP Vimukt Ranjan informed that Pakistan mobile signals had been detected on phones of some trekkers near Dharamshala last week that also led to change in their time standard from IST to PST. "Last week, we received information that some trekkers had detected signals from Pakistan on their phones and their time standard was also changed from IST to PST. Dept of Telecommunication was informed for further inquiry," informed Kangra SP Vimukt Ranjan.
Mausam, a youth from Pakistan and son of Manzoor Ahmad from Lipa area of Pakistan occupied Kashmir accidently had crossed the Line of Control on April 5th. The Indian authorities repatriated the youth to Pakistan authorities from Teetwal crossing as a humanitarian gesture. He was presented with clothes and sweets on his return by the Indian Army.

A Pakistani resident was repatriated by the Indian Army via Teethwal crossing point in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday. Indian Army repatriated a youth to Pakistani authorities who inadvertently crossed the Line of Control (LoC) and entered into Indian side in Kupwara area on the night of April 05. The youth identified as Mausam, was kept under surveillance with due care by the Indian troops. Pakistani authorities were informed about him.
