COVID-19 third wave has hit Delhi, positivity rate has touched 10 per cent: Health Minister Satyendar Jain
Wednesday, 5 January 2022 Delhi's Health Minister also said that only 300-400 samples are being sent for genome sequencing now as sequencing of all samples is not possible. Testing for COVID-19 has been increased and around 90,000 tests have been conducted on Tuesday, he said.
Amid the continuous rise of Omicron cases in the national Capital, Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain said that 84% of the coronavirus cases reported in the city in the past two days were of the Omicron variant.
