Railway Board chief spells out ‘panch prans’ for employees

Jaya Varma Sinha, the first woman chairperson of the Railway Board, has outlined five key priorities for all railway employees: safety, integrity, capacity augmentation, revenue generation, and customer amenities and experience. She also stressed the need for transparency and zero-tolerance towards misconduct. Furthermore, Sinha encouraged railway staff to focus on executing projects efficiently and increasing freight loading to make the railways self-sustaining.
