9-year-old Vasai girl reaches base camp, now aims for Mount Everest

Nine-year-old Swara Patil, a student from Mumbai, reached the base camp of Mount Everest in Nepal on October 3. Accompanied by her father, she trekked for 12 days, enduring freezing temperatures. Swara aims to become the youngest Indian to reach the summit of Mount Everest. She has already achieved several mountaineering feats, including being the youngest person in India to complete the summit of Sar Pass. Swara's inspiration came from Vasai mountaineer Harshvardhan Joshi. She follows a disciplined routine, starting her day with exercise and maintaining a healthy diet.
