DCGA imposes Rs 30 L fine on Air India over Mumbai airport wheelchair incident

Air India has been fined Rs 30 lakh for violating Civil Aviation Regulations as it didn`t comply with norms regarding carriage of persons with disabilities, said DGCA official.
