Rajendra Kumar Meena, the 'Robin Hood' of Nyorana village in Rajasthan, arrested for engaging in criminal activities involving ATM machines. Ex-Army serviceman linked to at least 26 cases, including 17 solved cases. Remanded to judicial custody. Involved in a complaint in Karol Bagh, Gaffar Market incident, and Rs 22,200 cash withdrawal.
