No HC relief for Haryana Congress MLA son who swindled flatbuyers’ money

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has rejected a plea from Sikander Singh Chhoker, son of Congress MLA Dharam Singh Chhoker, seeking relief from an ED arrest. Chhoker is accused of siphoning off Rs 360 crore from homebuyers and laundering it through shell entities. He remains in judicial custody while multiple FIRs have been filed against him.
