Brazilian, alumnus of peace studies at Gujarat Vidyapeeth, uses Gandhian ideas to fight domestic violence in Rio de Janeiro
Wednesday, 2 October 2024 () A Gandhian from Brazil, Leandro Uchoas, is applying Mahatma Gandhi’s principles to combat domestic violence in Rio de Janeiro by addressing the root causes and promoting non-violent communication. Shanti Brasil, his initiative, has seen a reduction in repeat offenses.
