'His shouting irritated them': Man killed at UP de-addiction centre

A 26-year-old man was allegedly strangled to death by fellow inmates at a de-addiction centre in Bijnor. The incident was caught on CCTV, showing two men restraining and choking Mohammad Faisal. The accused cited Faisal's disruptive behavior as the cause. Faisal's father lamented the lack of security. The two suspects have been arrested and are under interrogation.
