Tahawwur Rana in India: Dayan Krishnan, lawyer who led extradition battle, to head NIA's 26/11 terror attack case

Senior advocate Dayan Krishnan, who led India's successful extradition case against 26/11 Mumbai attack plotter Tahawwur Rana in the US, will now spearhead the NIA's prosecution in Delhi. Rana, a key accomplice of David Headley, is en route to India after his final appeal was rejected by the US Supreme Court on April 4.
