Italian couple adopts child with special needs from Davanagere

Amulya Orphanage in Davanagere is preparing to send a special-needs child, Tarun, to his adoptive family in Italy, marking the facility's tenth international adoption. The three-year-old, who has walking disabilities, was surrendered by his biological mother and will be transferred to his new parents after they were selected through CARA's process and met all adoption criteria.
