UP woman who eloped with paramour kills her child with amulet’s thread days after truce with hubby

In Kanpur's Pratappur village, Manisha Yadav allegedly murdered her three-year-old son, Anirudh, with his amulet thread, concealing the body near his grandfather. Manisha confessed to the crime, implicating her absconding lover, Vikas. Both are booked for murder. The motive is unclear. Sushil Yadav, the husband, discovered the body.
