Constable Saurabh Kumar, a member of the special operations group, was fatally shot in an ambush during a raid to apprehend a wanted criminal in Ghaziabad. The 32-year-old, who joined UP Police in 2016, was known for his bravery and key role in numerous arrests. Commissioner Laxmi Singh announced a Rs 75.
