Sayyed allegedly also peeped out of the window to check if the cat had fallen to the ground. The cat’s owner, Gurjan Mohammad Umar Shamshi, 45, resides on the 21st floor of GrowMore Onyx Society, located in Malwani, Malad West. The accused, Kasam Sayyed, lives on the 9th floor of the same building
