BJP MLA criticises Maharashtra FDA over widespread availability of tobacco

BJP MLA Vikram Pachpute criticised Maharashtra`s FDA, highlighting that banned gutka and pan masala are easily available, even within the state legislature. He argued that if the ban can`t be enforced there, it sends a poor message, moreover he has requested the media to conduct a sting operation on this matter
