Cleanliness in toilets & coach, major irritants for long-distance train passengers: CAG audit

Passenger dissatisfaction exceeded 50% in five zones, including East Coast, Western, and Eastern Railways. In contrast, satisfaction levels crossed 90% in Northern and North Central Railways.
