Only Donald Trump co-defendant in jail: ‘I showed up before the president’

Only one out of the 18 co-defendants in the Georgia election interference case involving former President Donald Trump has been incarcerated. Harrison Floyd, who faces charges of racketeering, conspiracy, and witness tampering, objected to being held as a flight risk during his court appearance. He voluntarily surrendered himself and did not have legal counsel to negotiate a bond agreement.
