Pakistan's Bhutto, hanged 44 years ago, didn't get a fair trial, top court rules

Pakistan's Supreme Court has declared that former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto did not receive a fair trial when he was hanged 44 years ago. The court unanimously found that the requirements of a fair trial and due process were not met. The ruling was made in response to a judicial reference filed by Bhutto's grandson, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
