North Korea confirms troop deployment to support Russia in Kursk region

North Korea has confirmed deploying troops to Russia's Kursk region, marking its first major conflict involvement since the Korean War. Kim Jong Un cited a mutual defense treaty and vowed to liberate the area from Ukrainian forces.
