Russia-Ukraine Second Round of Talks in Istanbul End, Delegations Depart

The meeting between Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Istanbul has concluded.It lasted just over an hour and was held behind closed doors. The talks between Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul ended "not negatively,” with delegations heading to lunch afterwards, a representative of the Turkish Foreign Ministry told RIA Novosti. There will be no continuation of negotiations today, and the delegations will depart, a TASS source said.
