This follows a leadership change including the dismissal of Wendy Noble and General Timothy Haugh. Tulsi Gabbard and Pete Hegseth praised Francescon's experience. Francescon previously worked at the NSA, Pentagon, and National Security Council. He expressed excitement to return to the NSA.
