Govt confirms 330+ COVID-19 cases in 24 hours, 66,000 samples tested so far

Health Ministry on Friday confirmed 336 COVID-19 cases were reported in the country in the last 24 hours.

Around 66,000 samples have been tested, ICMR confirmed.

Health Ministry’s Joint Secretary Lav Agarwal confirmed 56 deaths due to COVID-19 so far while 157 patients have successfully recovered.

The minister also updated on the number of cases linked to Tablighi Jamaat.
