The County Board of Elections said it mailed more than 200,000 absentee ballots for Tuesday's primary and special elections, with close to 150,000 as of the close of business Thursday.
New York and New Jersey both postponed their 2020 Primary Elections because of the COVID-19 shutdown, but voters can still cast their ballots this summer. Katie Johnston reports.
