The families of more than 560,000 Americans have had to bury loved ones who died of COVID-19. Now, they can apply for federal aid to offset some of those costs.
Families struggling to cover the cost of a COVID-19-related funeral can apply for help from the federal government starting today, the Federal Emergency Management Agency announced Friday.
