Doctors remove mobile phone from inmate’s abdomen in Delhi | OneIndia News

Description: Doctors in Delhi accomplished a rare feat by removing a mobile phone from an inmate’s abdomen without carrying out surgery.

The incident was reported at GB Pant Hospital on January 15.

X-ray of the abdomen was conducted which revealed the presence of one mobile phone in the gut.

Endoscopy was performed through the mouth and mobile was extracted using a snare (an equipment which goes into endoscope).
