Russian and Chinese naval forces have commenced a series of joint military exercises, titled 'Maritime Joint-2024,' in the Pacific Ocean. A tragic incident occurred in the Kaluga Region as an Mi-28 helicopter crashed during a routine flight, resulting in the death of all crew members on board.
