State Secretary Antony Blinken said the United States would be deeply concerned if China increased its intelligence or military presence in Cuba.

Blinked told reports in London Tuesday that he made the United States’ stance on the alleged partnership “very clear” during his meetings in Beijing this past week.
Sources confirmed to CNN Tuesday that a recent U.S. intelligence report found China and Cuba nearing a deal to establish a joint military training facility on Cuban soil.
