Syrian troops have entered Sweida after Druze leaders approved military deployment to end deadly clashes with Bedouin groups. Over 100 people have been killed, including civilians and security forces, as violence spiraled across the province. Damascus imposed a curfew and declared a ceasefire following an agreement with Druze factions. This marks the first major military entry into Sweida since President Ahmed al-Sharaa assumed power.
