Oscar-winning actor Kieran Culkin is stepping into the world of 'The Hunger Games.' The Hollywood Reporter has exclusively learned that Culkin has been cast as Caesar Flickerman, the eccentric host of the Hunger Games, in the forthcoming film 'The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping.' Stanley Tucci portrayed an older version of the character in the first four films in the franchise that kicked off with 'The Hunger Games' in 2012.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is making it harder for members to vote in categories in which they have not watched all of the nominees. In the past, voters were always asked not to vote for a category if they hadn't watched all of the nominated projects, but the process operated entirely on an honor system. Moving forward, the Academy's e-voting system, in the final round of voting, will not allow members to access the ballot for categories in which they have not demonstrated that they have watched all of the nominees.
