Justin Baldoni can seek messages between Taylor Swift and Blake Lively after judge rules them fair game.

The latest development in the saga between the It Ends With Us stars came yesterday as US District Judge Lewis Liman denied Blake Lively's motion for a protective order to hide her messages with Taylor Swift.

This means that Justin Baldoni can officially gain access to the 37-year-old actress and the 35-year-old singer's private messages pertaining to the film.

This signals a win for the 41-year-old actor in the ongoing legal battle.

Karen Read found not guilty of murder for the 2022 death of her Boston police officer boyfriend.

The 45-year-old Massachusetts woman found not guilty of second-degree murder in the death of her boyfriend, Boston police officer John O'Keefe yesterday.

She also was deemed not guilty of manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident, however, she was convicted of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, for which the judge sentenced her to one year of probation.

Read's first trial ended in a mistrial after the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict in July of 2024.

It is unknown if anyone else present the night of the 46-year-old's mysterious death will ever go to trial.
