Lashkar-e-Taiba is a militant Islamist jihadist network & terrorist organisation operating against India in Pakistan. It was founded by Hafiz Saeed, Abdullah Azzam, Zafar Iqbal and several other Islamist mujahideen with funding from Osama bin Laden during the Soviet-Afghan War.
